Returns & Cancellations

We are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. We DO NOT offer refunds if your alcohol order is returned to us as undeliverable or after 3 failed attempts. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged, and the original container is unopened.

Damaged merchandise may be returned for exchange of products(s) of equal value. Customers need to file a claim for damaged goods within 5 days of delivery. Please initiate the claim by emailing info@barachesparkling.com with the following information: Order Number, tracking number, description and picture of the damaged item including the packaging, and your phone number. Once received, the delivery company will arrange for pickup of the damaged goods and we will expedite your exchange.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
